Need encouragement as a pastor?

I stumbled upon this video today and was thoroughly blessed by it as a pastor still learning to navigate the waters of pastoral ministry. The tenure of the minister, the changing of the people under the proclamation of God's Word, and the growth (albeit painful) of the congregation in both size and godliness were very encouraging.
